Anyone know a way I can substitute the axis rolling like in WC3 for WC1?

I remember, just for fun, I could roll my ship around at angles and axis and manually fly into the Victory. I sure could use it for Wing Commander 1 to dock with the ship.

What kind of control can do that. I am using a controller program if need be to mimic any scheme, thanks.
